Steam roaster is used for roasting powdered grains, pulses, spices and other granules. This machine is a ‘jacketed-type’ vessel which uses thermal fluid or steam. It has two stirrers. The roasted powder can be collected to a tray immediately through the discharge mouth of the machine.
